At the Young Talents Kick-Off 2022, we welcomed our young talents and into the GLS world. Our new trainees and new dual students experienced a varied and exciting programme. In addition to the introduction of the training managers and initial training sessions, the social programme left nothing to be desired. Everyone had fun in the drumming workshop. Your path

• Requirement: upper level secondary school leaving certificate or A-levels (‘Abitur’)
• Duration: 6 semesters

What you’ll get up to: We will make you a qualified all-rounder in logistics management. During your dual study program, you will get to know all areas of logistics - from organization and processing to quality control. You manage the logistics world and drive it forward.

Your job: Everything to do with the complex and international transport chain. You’ll analyse current challenges in the industry and help to develop innovative corporate strategies. You’ll get to know lots of different departments and be on site.

What you’ll get up to: You don't know whether you would rather do IT or business studies? Then simply combine the two. As a mediator between business and IT, you digitize administrative processes with the right software solution.

Your job: During your integrated degree programme, you’ll get to know various departments: you’ll spend time in both IT and those departments that want to simplify and improve their processes through IT. The advantage for you is that you can combine both and find out which you prefer.

What you’ll get up to: IT and the practical implementation in the company are your thing! You analyze and optimize complex information and goods flows that form the interface between the departments, management and users.
