You are part of a strong team. A team that sticks together, no matter what. We look out for one another and stand up for each other. It’s a real community. Respect, tolerance and a willingness to help are a matter of course. We value what everyone does on a daily basis to enhance our parcel services. Of course, things don’t always go to plan. But if things do go awry, everyone helps out!

We communicate across all levels and have a good network. Does someone need help? No problem. We help one another. Sometimes, depot management also helps out on the belt. Perhaps service employees provide route support. No matter whether it’s (wo)man power or knowledge exchange, those who need help can get it. Our motto: we overcome challenges as a team!
