Everyone is probably aware that we transport parcels from A to B. However, very few know how much state-of-the-art technology is involved in the process. Whether it’s parcel processing, at the headquarters or en route to the customer – highly sophisticated IT is involved in our processes.

Our mission as an internal IT service provider for the GLS Group: Seamless data exchange across all country borders throughout the entire parcel logistics process chain – for around 840 million parcels in over 50 countries worldwide.

They have successfully introduced agile project methods: Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking and Lean Management – for all teams!

GLS is gaining impetus: Customer satisfaction is at the heart of our Accelerate strategy. This means that current and future market developments determine our activities.
