From Delivery Driver to Project Manager: Jürgen's Success Story

Jürgen’s career at GLS began in 2006 as a delivery driver. Since then, he has held numerous positions – from route supervisor to transport manager to his current role as Project Manager of Field Operations.

A key milestone along the way was his training to become a GLS Business Administrator, which gave him the opportunity to deepen his business knowledge and develop both professionally and personally.

Today, Jürgen particularly emphasizes the importance of networking, continuous training, and a positive attitude. For him, curiosity and optimism are crucial for seeing challenges as opportunities for growth – and that is exactly what we live by here, because we think in terms of opportunities.
